Our Network Operations Center (NOC) is staffed and operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We currently have two levels of monitoring taking place for our servers. ICMP monitoring (ping) for the server hardware is done every one minutes, and is watched by the NOC. HTTP port monitoring, for each Web server on each machine, is done every three minutes, and a notification message is sent when any port doesn't respond.

If you have a PPP internet account and need FTP software, you can email support for information regarding FTP software. In most cases you can use either CuteFTP or WS_FTP to upload your files to the web server.

 

Will I have unlimited access to update my pages?

You have unlimited access via FTP 24-hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your web site at your leisure.
